Low cost/no cost parent and family support groups and workshops

Children and family counseling at Guerneville and Sebastopol offices

Emergency resources for West County families with young children, such as: diapers, food, over-the-counter medications

Referrals for available West County community based resources

Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm

Families apply for subsidized care by enrolling on the Sonoma County Centralized Eligibility List (Sonoma CEL) and must call 4Cs Sonoma County at (707) 544-3077 to apply
